Shipping Policy

Noravella works with fulfillment and shipping partners to deliver orders to customers.

Order Processing

Orders are generally prepared for shipment after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, weekends, holidays, and other operational circumstances.

If an unexpected delay materially affects an order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an update when appropriate.

Delivery

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery information are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees. Actual transit time may be affected by the carrier, weather, transportation disruptions, address problems, holidays, customs procedures, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address at checkout.

If an order has not yet shipped, customers may contact us at desk@noravella.shop to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer through the email address associated with the order.

Carrier tracking information may take some time to update after the package is transferred to the carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If tracking information indicates a delivery problem, please contact us so that we can review the shipment.

For packages reported as delivered but not received, we may ask the customer to check the delivery location, household or building management, and the carrier's tracking information before further investigation.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact desk@noravella.shop promptly and provide relevant order information and photographs when requested.

International Orders

If international shipping is offered, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws governing receipt of goods in their country.
